Me llamo Paul Martens. Soy candidato para Congreso de Los Estados Unidos en este distrito cincuenta de California. Ahorita no tenemos representación porque el tipo ultimo esta sentado en una carcel federal. Es un poquito lastima, pero su hado es suyo.
Un buen numero de ustedes se sientan que les abandonaron sus gobiernos en sus paises nativos. Al mismo tiempo la gente de mi pais se sientan la misma. Los dos partidos con poder parecen juntos, y abogan leyes nuevas que no importan porque las leyes que ya tenemos no hacen cumplidos. Las leyes nuevas y viejas no valen nada sin cumplido. Este es por que el gobierno americano necesita empezar con leyes que existen antes del pasar nuevas. Nadie las rompen en solo. Tenemos una sistema no justa. Un buen numero de nuestra gente piensan que somos perdadores todos.
Nuestro Presidente Bush dijo en el veinte de enero del ano dos mil uno que cada imigrante nos hace mas americano, no menos. Yo lo creo, y la gran majoridad de nuestro gente lo cree tambien. El programa que les ofrezco no vale amnestia. Algunos de ustedes se sentaria que es mas como libertad bajo palabra.
Porque es. Llega el dia cuando nosotros necesitamos componer en una tradición famosa en la historia de los Estados Unidos. Algunas decidiran hallar y otros salir. Es el derecho de cada persona decidir. Soluciones siguen problemas. La resulta sera un modo entre nosotros donde todos ganaran.
Gracias para su consideración y su conducto en paz. Creo que Dios nos alcanza con su gracia y su bendicion. Viva la aguila! Viva Mexico y paises dondequiera hay gente que quieren libertad! Permite Dios su bendicion a los Estados Unidos.

A good number of you feel you have been abandoned by the governments in your native countries. At the same time, the people of my country feel the same way. The two parties with power seem together and advocate new laws that do not matter because the laws we already have are not complied with. The old and new laws have no value without compliance. This is because the U.S. Government needs to start with laws that exist before passing new ones. No one breaks them alone. We have a system that is not just. A good number of our people think we are all losers.
Our President Bush said on January 20, 2001 that every immigrant makes us more American, not less. I believe it, and the great majority of our people believe it, too. The program I offer you is not amnesty. Some of you would feel it is more like parole.
Because it is. The day will arrive when we will compromise in a famous tradition in the history of the United States. Some will decide to stay, and others will leave. It is the right of every person to decide. Solutions follow problems. The result will be a way between us where all will win.
